well i have had my first blood test results since being diagnosed and is well happy iv'e gone from 63 to 49 and lost 9lbs to boot am well chuffed :clap:
People who think they are always right and ram their opinions down your throat. No-one knows everything. Those who shout loudest are usually the ones who actually know the least.
thanks i have also got to watch my cholesterol which has improved but they want it down more :silent:
Iv'e been off work for a couple of weeks and haven't been as good but hopefully will improve when back at work :roll:
