2 Days On Keto Diet


This sounds good and most likely where I’ll end up, want to break this carb cycle I’m in and then see where it leaves me.
 
I do similar although I probably average 80g per day but sometimes a lot lower.
 
The first two meals I had after diagnosis were just meat - I was up to the eyes in carbs for almost two years - to lower cholesterol - I think I had lamb and pork, and then steak and mushrooms. It was such a relief.
Yes I did have false hypos, but a drink and a few grapes sorted those out.
