    Signature

    Total low carb nutcase, advocate of Dr Atkins,
    no medication since 2016. Weight 46lb down from highest recorded when eating carbs to 'lower cholesterol'.
    Hba1c 91 at diagnosis down to 41 in 6 months.
    Was diagnosed with blood glucose 17.1 mmol/l
    Have seen pre-dinner readings under 5mmol/l and post dinner readings of 5.6mmol/l - not on the same day.
