1. Tescos Finest range - walnuts dipped in belgium chocolate. Carbs are 19.6 per 100 grams but there's quite a lot in a 150 gram bag so a couple of the little things are bearable.
2. If you have an ice cream maker, throw some greek yoghurt and raspberries in with either a little sugar or splenda-amazing what difference a bit of cold does
. Tonight I just threw in a few pots of shape zero yoghurt before I made my mackerel salad and I had frozen yoghurt by the time I'd finished my dinner
