having just been diagnosed with type 2
things i havent missed are sugar in my coffee have started a gym 3 times a week for an hr doing cardio
starting to go swimming tommorow first time in yrs
been on nights as a truck driver has given me more time at home thus managing three regular meals a day all healthy now
have cut down considerably on potatoes pasta etc etc feel a lot better shirts that never fitted are now ok
lets see what the practice nurse says on tuesday thanks to this forum and people taking the time to post i kind of have a better understanding of what questions to ask
