I've just been offered a golden bond place from Diabetes UK to the London marathon 2010. I'm pretty excited about it and a little apprehensive at the same time - we're not even into 2010 yet! I'm running my first half marathon next week, i'm fairly confident about it and i'm taking it as the official kick start to the training.
Is anyone else running the marathon, more specifically, running for Diabetes UK?
Any advice would be grateful!
