2015/16 Football Season

Yes 74/75 we beat the London giants of Tottenham, Chelsea and err Arsenal LOL

That's fine I wasn't interested in Arsenal at all back then - I hadn't met my husband then lol

Been there a couple of times, hope you too have a good season!

Yeah another Bloody Leeds fan arrgghhh run for cover
Wait till 7th November Zand we owe you a pasting UTT

Hi there and welcome.

You're probably not going to like me - I'm a Saints supporter (someone has to be ) and have seen Carlisle play because we beat you in the JPT final at Wembley few years back, when we were languishing in the lower reaches of the League. In many ways it wasn't a fair competition because Saints were already owned by the Leibherr family, who were investing quite heavily in restoring the Club to its former status, which I think it's fair to say they have done. At that point, Alan Pardew was our manager: whatever happened to him?

Hope this is a good season for you guys; I will follow your progress with interest. If you wouldn't mind obliterating Pompey whenever you play them, you will be greatly loved at St Mary's .

PS: I also follow Winchester City FC, because they're my local club but they are a tier or three down from you ....

On a separate subject.....

I see that Rickie Lambert has signed to West Brom. Oh dear; how are the mighty fallen.

I understood his desire to play for Liverpool but he should never have left Saints, in my view. What a waste.

We got a drubbing on the scoreboard 4-1, but the truth is we were ok. Just too many defensive lapses which should be sorted out next week.
We had a trialist that scored a screamer. From about 30 yards.
Still happy about our chances!

I'm a St Johnstone fan first game of the new season tomorrow .where has the off season gone ???

I know the electricians that did the work on his house! Believe he will be travelling daily down to the Hawthornes!

Not a good day for you Nosher bad result that
It's not about the result it's about time on the pitch and finding out things. Too late to start next week, we have to pick up points early in the season to get the momentum to finish high enough to at least get in the playoffs!
