Football League wants new five-league, 100-club system
The Football League wants to create an extra division with 20 teams in each from 2019-20.
Hmmm not sure if thats a good idea or not. It would mean playing just 38 games instead of the usual 46 that we play now.

Unless the spread of the vast amount of money in the top league gets distributed more, then I can't see many clubs going for it.
However, as far as Rovers is concerned we should get an invite back into the 100, but who decides which extra eight clubs go into the bottom league?
I would imagine it would be done on league position in the National league.
