Have just discovered this series of videos on Youtube when Jeff Volek's talk on Ketogenic Diets popped up in my "recommended" suggestions. Turns out a whole host of well-respected LCHF/Keto researchers and experts (like Dr Westman, Dr Feinman, Dr Ludwig and many more) presented at the conference. Working my way through the videos and many interesting talks along several lines - diet/diabetes, cancer, epilepsy and exercise. Unfortunately not all researchers make very entertaining speakers, though there are some that do...

One of the highlights so far for me, even though it's not a huge focus of interest has been Adrienne Scheck's talk on her brain cancer research - a lot of the research of course will have value beyond just the brain. She basically says the ketogenic diet is "snake oil that works"
