Have just discovered this series of videos on Youtube when Jeff Volek's talk on Ketogenic Diets popped up in my "recommended" suggestions. Turns out a whole host of well-respected LCHF/Keto researchers and experts (like Dr Westman, Dr Feinman, Dr Ludwig and many more) presented at the conference. One of the highlights so far for me, even though it's not a huge focus of interest has been Adrienne Scheck's talk on her brain cancer research - a lot of the research of course will have value beyond just the brain. She basically says the ketogenic diet is "snake oil that works"
