22year old with painful symptoms need help !!

I get strange symptoms after eating I get metallic smell within my sinus and this causes jaw tightness and tension in my chest and arms I'm getting very worried about this as it makes me dizzy and lightheaded iv had a brain MRI and numerous blood test and emg on my arms and legs and all came back negative I'm worried that it's autonomic neuroapthy related I also get muscle tightness in my thighs and pains in my legs immediately after eating the only problem the doctors found is vitamin d deficiency which I am treating but I still feel the same I have also had constant bladder pains and eye pains in the evening and early morning which have both been looked Into and nothing has been found i am in constant pain and running out of ideas all the worry is getting to me :/ my diabetes is undercontrol and has been since I was diagnosed 5 years ago with type 1 I'm only 22 years old and a male NEED HELP please !!!

I guess that autonomic neuropathy is a possibility but that would be less likely if your diabetes has been under control. The following page mentions a particular test that can be done and gives a lot of information about the condition you are worried about: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001780/ As you have had an MRI, I suspect that MS has been ruled out but it may be worth having a consultation with a neurologist.
