Hi all and a late Happy new year,
I'm still on low carb, bs average 5.8...6.2, my last hab1c was 4.8, down from 7.4, which gp said that was fantastic, also chols, 6.8, which has also dropped, and i take no stats (i refuse to),and I have lost 23kg, (boy thats 3st ..more), in 12mths which nurse said was worth a merit badge.
All in all am feeling much healthier, and fitter, all thanks to advice and imformation on this site,and just accept it now and get on with life.
