Yesterday, I did my first 24 hr fast from dinner to dinner. Had coffee and tea and water with salt in between. I checked after the fast by ketosticks and it showed i am in ketosis mode.
I can feel it too as I was able to play tennis with empty stomach.
If you have seen my other post, you would know that I am not looking to loose weight ( except the internal body fat) rather I want to gain weight via muscles. Does anyone have experience of gaining muscles while still doing fasting every now and then to have better BS control. my BS went to 5 yesterday before going back up to 5.3 in evening.
any tips appreoiated.
