For the 2nd time in 3 years I was in hospital to have a perianal abscess drained under general anaesthetic this weekend. Got another extended period stuck lying on my front while it heals up. The surgeon wants me to go in for an mri scan to see if there's a reason it recurred. I just wondered if anyone else had the same and what it turned out to be.
