3 month check up

Hi All,

Just wanted to share my story so far! Got a long way to go yet but super happy so far and wanted to share some positivity.

I was diagnosed with type 2 in July, with a HBA1C of 66.

Just got my 3 month results and they are 42! I kind of wanted to get under the pre diabetic number but I’m really happy nonetheless.

I’ve also officially lost 25 Kgs

I went low(er) carb due to this forum so I’m well pleased.
