Into data and using that to try and keep BG down with some success.

Every day is a school day.

20/11/2020 BG 15.5 picked up on routine medical
    27/11/2020 HbA1C 116

    22/01/2021 HbA1C 62
    19/02/2021 HBA1C 41 (using A1CNow test kit)
    11/03/2021 Below target weight by 2lb (12st 3lb), BMI 24.8
    19/03/2021 HBA1C 37 (using A1CNow test kit)

21/04/2021 HBA1C 39 (GP Test Result, A1CNow result on same day was 34) BMI now 24.0

Eating better and regular exercise, checking BG at least twice a day helps me keep BG under control.
