Hi guys! When I was diagnosed T2 in February my HbA1c was 48mmol/mol which put me on the threshold of diabetes. After 3 months on a low-carb/keto diet it's down to 41 mmol/mol which I understand is 'normal'. I'm to continue with the diet and exercise and have another test in 6 months. I'm so relieved!! I just hope I can keep it up. Thanks for being here with all the advice and support :D I don't know how I would have got through the first few weeks without you

Well done you. I understand how challenging the lifestyle changes can be, and it would be easy to bury your head in the sand and eat the wrong things etc. Reducing your hba1c to 41 is great! Hope you can continue to keep it there :)

Hi @Sixpence ..
Well done and many congrats on your excellent results ..
I have my first annual review with DB Nursie on 25th and I hope that my results are as good as yours ..
