@Bluetit1802 , i think i may need to download the my fitness pal app as the Carbs and Cals dont let me adjust each item individually, if i try to alter the protein the fat and carbs automatically change. To be honest i get really confused with all the %'s and figures, my appetite has greatly reduced since i started LCHF anyway, so i seem to be eating when im hungry and to my meter. Sometimes it just gets too much and i get really down with having to think about food nearly every minute of the day, i hate that diabetes is so controlling.
