I'm T2 and don't use insulin. i eat low carb and never let my Bg get above 6, so i can't help with your dosing. i can help with youe eating plan though. A fry up is a perfectly acceptable meal for a T2, but i doesn't need to have any carbs. Just have eggs, bacon or ham, mushrooms and tomatoes and scarcely a carb in sight.
