Sorry for the graphic title in advance, basically in the last month my orgasms have been very weak and are just not strong enough to make me feel satisfied with them. I have a HBA1c or around 6 - 7 percent, the only nerve issue I have is a trapped nerve in my hip area but that’s it my hands and feet are all ok. No neuropathy or anything that I can think of that would cause this. It’s making me depressed as been intimate with my partner was a wonderful thing and now it seems like an anticlimax for me. If anyone can offer me some advice or help I would be appreciative of this.

Just worried about autonomic neuropathy and its long standing impact.

Can't answer if sign or not.

What i can say is intimacy comes in various forms and doesn't always require to be of a sexual nature.

Might be worth having a regular date night some quality one on one time, chatting, wee stroll somewhere nice, candlelit dinner, massage or whatever else you both may fancy could help with the feeling of being intimate. Have you managed to speak to your partner at all on how you are feeling?

Would speak to your gp anyway.

here is a resource which hopefully has a few other suggestions.
