360 software

Phoned accu chek a few days ago and received my 360 software for my pump today. This wil allow me to easily adjust settings on pump, mainly so I can change the max bolus setting on the pump. will have a play about later.

Hi,

I'm not sure you can change the maximum bolus amount through the 360 software, I've had this for a while and can't find the option. When I called Accu-Chek they said I would need to get my DSN to change this setting, or request they send me some new software to make this change.

Yep, can't find it either. will have to ask dsn next visit. Must be just for viewing data and no access to change settings.

I'd heard elsewhere that there is a 360 Expert version that you can use for this, just need to ask for it.
 
Having the same issue with max-bolus amounts etc.
I did some looking on a different country's accu-chek website and it came up with ACCU-CHEK 360° Insulin Pump
Configuration Software is required to change settings on the computer. Not sure if its available here or if its solely for medical staff.
Could be worth a try?

It is possible to set the maximum Bolus using the 360 Software. Here's how I do mine:
1. Open the Insulin Pump Configuration Software
2. Read the settings from your pump
3. Click on the arrow next to Basal Rates and Bolus
4. The Third option on the list is Bolus
5. The first option on the right hand screen is Maximum Dose.
