I have my first retina scan booked at the Bristol Eye Hospital next week. I was talking to an Optimologist who works there last night and he said they have a new scanner they can use for diabetic retina checks.
It builds up a 3D model of your eye, they can then rotate it on the computer and check every part of your eye, he said it is much better than the normal photo that is taken. He said I may get this when I go.
Anyone come across this new scan :?:
