Good morning I’m very confused I have went from 42,to 53 in last hbpc I think blood test I do not understand what it means

In the UK you have passed through pre-diabetes into full on T2 with that increase.
Although the "pre-diabetes" distinction is a bit flaky anyway.
The HbA1c is the "average" level of your blood sugars for the past 2-3 months.

Your blood sugars have been showing an average of about 8.6 (which is the level you'd see on a finger prick test)Screenshot 2022-12-20 at 08.54.17.png

So if you are now in the diabetic range you can easily get your blood sugar back down. The best way I know is to go low carb, cut out bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, sugar and other high carb foods. Instead eat healthy fats and low or unprocessed meat and fish, eggs, cheese, etc. I added plenty of green veg, riced cauliflower plus a few berries with full fat Greek yogurt. And got my carbs low enough that I could have a couple of squares of 85% chocolate.
Now I'm in remission I have a few more carbs but still avoid sugar and high carb foods.
