Hi Fawbs, it's actually quite an old post, so I'm not long 2 years into diabetic life now. As rubbish as it is you get used to constantly stabbing yourself don't you!

Are you attending annual retinal screening tests? Hopefully if you do experience any sight deterioration, they can pick up on it early that way. Mine was cancelled back in April due to you know what, but I chased them up and have an appt next week.
