Medtronic sent me a replacement pump when I started getting alerts, every few hours, to replace the battery.
The pump arrived on Monday and all was well. However, I've been getting unexpected low alerts and a hypo, since Monday evening. This could be coincidence but now I'm wondering if the changes I've made, to ratios and basals, in the last month or two, were due to the faulty pump and not my body. I had just presumed it was due to my gluten free diet, having been diagnosed coeliac in March.
Has anyone else had this battery fault with the 640G and if so, did you have to make adjustments to your basals/ratios?
