Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to download the diet plan, it came through my email address, and it wouldn't down load as it kept wanting me to join up, well I am already.
I would like to download it as I have a client who has asked me to put a diet sheet together for her, and I thought this would help, perhaps I'm being a numpty about this, thanks, Kate x
