A big hello from the West Country!

Hello everyone.

I have been a type 1 since 2006 and was diagnosed only 3 months after I retired from the Royal Navy. Just my luck to miss out on a medical pension!!

I have adapted quite well to my new routine but still have the occasional slip up when there are Haribo in the house! I am looking forward to hearing from others and hope to discuss any diabetes related issues.
