[QUOTE="I shoot Nikons, post: 214582, member: 36336"] On friday past I had an appointment with a Neurology specialist about the pains in my leg. After quite an in depth examination and a lot of strutting around in just my boxers  he said that he's 99% sure that I have Peripheral Neuropathy. He's scheduled 2 MRIs (one for lower back, one for neck) to ensure there's nothing underlying, but says he's confident that they'll not show anything. He also says that the damage is more than likely irreversible. He gave me a prescription for Amitriptyline and a warning that they'll make me crave sweet things. I first complained of leg pains to my old GP over 6 years ago according to my records. So I'm still fairly annoyed that it's taken this long to route out the cause (and then to find out I'm stuck this way), I know a few people were thinking that I was faking it, this just seems a particularly brutal way to be vindicated.
