Hi im a 17 year old lad with type 1 diabetes. Ive have it for just under 10 years but my control hasnt been good recently. I just want a talk with someone my age or similar. Thanks
Hi, I’m 18 and had diabetes since I was about 10 too. So Iv had diabetes for about 8 years and my control is not very good either. What helps me is to set alarms on my phone and set myself targets so I have something to work towards? would you be into trying something like that?
