a day out

yesterday i had a day out at ascot races thanks to betfair giving me a pair of free tickets
i had 2 pints of cider
a burger meal
and out in the fresh air for 6 hours walked about 6 miles
and today i feel fresh as a daisy haha
reccomend it to anyone !!!!!

well i been on a diet since new years day .
no alcohol
no cakes or bread
no milk etc etc
and lost a stone
weighed in today and only put on a quarter of a pound yesterday
happy days !!!

I love going to the races. Go to Glorious Goodwpod every year. A few glasses of Pimms, a pulled pork baguette, & a couple of small cigars (I know, it's only once a year so don't lecture me on the perils of smoking) if I have a winner. If I break even I consider it a good day
