I spent my day studying and surfing the net. Nothing really eventful at this time. I'm doing a double diploma in Community Service and Counseling.

BGL's are consistant at the moment, so I'm getting decent sleep. Does anybody else suffer nightmares during periods of high or low glucose levels? During a hypo, just before it wakes me up, I'm always trying to cross a stream, and there is a lot of mud on the stream bed. That horrible feeling of exhaustion and weakness in the legs.

If the blood glucose is high, its a dream of falling from a great height. At least I wake up!

I get specific dreams with hypos and recognise these to force myself to wake up. Strangely, they're similar to your hyper dreams: I'm usually unbalanced in some way e.g. Walking along a narrow cliff top and in danger of falling, or hanging over a cliff/balcony with my head dangling over the edge...

I don't get hyper dreams/nightmares.

Fortunately, both are rare occurrences.

Good luck with your studies :-)
