It is for this reason, that I now cannot be bothered measuring and weighing things out, and even if I started for the next week or 2 weeks on the LCHF diet from diet doctors, I know I won't stick to it before the 2 weeks is up - so I'll judge by my eyes and take little and often if need be.</p><p>thanks for your info.</p></blockquote><p></p>
