It's a useful site but be aware because it is based in the US there are 2 potential causes of confusion.
Firstly manufactured foods don't always have the same compositions in different countries. Breakfast cereals are notorious for this. Secondly the Americans deal with fibre differently to Europe. In the US carb counts include fibre, ( diabetics there often then deduct it) In Europe it is already deducted and listed as a separate item.
edited to say I didn't realise it was an Aussie version, I normally use the US one. tThe first point still applies, I don't know how the Aussies deal with fibre
