Just to add: the main reason why this site has been so useful to me over recent weeks is because the NHS can offer me little in the way of advice to reverse over-high BG. 'You must be overweight - eat less' is not any kind of a nutritional strategy for us lightweights! It's been really helpful to hear from you all about your personal MOs in tackling the big D.
