You are welcome. One of my shoulders is still dry. Somebody's already been crying on the other one.

Hello Shell1
How hard and frustrating it must be for you when there is no real obvious reason for this .
You are a great mum and doing the best that you can for your precious daughter . (((hug)))

As an extra thought and consideration 'possibly' ?
Could she be brewing a cold or bug ?
This can sometimes be the reason and will make spikes in her BG levels .
Usually 'all' coming to light and reason only 2-3 days later .
When symptoms start to show.

Lovely reply from squirefulwood offering his dry shoulder for 'you' to cry on
- really thoughtfully sweet of him

It is totally understandable that you need to have a moan as a worried mum .
You are doing a great job looking after your daughter .

Please do let us all know how you 'both' go on .

Anna .

Anne29 thanks I'm doing my best it just gets me rite mad wen her bloods go funny . Chloe had a bad bout of sickness last week and I had my sick day rules handy and emergency contact numbers at the ready and ..... She never went over 7 or hypo'd and I feared the worse !
She is a bit sniffly today so maybe it could be that ? I keep thinking its the end of her honeymoon period when she has a day of highs then it goes ok again so fingers crossed we have a good day 2mo
Thanks for listening to me whine need to air my worrys sometimes x

I find my levels tend to go up before an illness. Sometimes my levels will go up and I'll prepare myself for symptoms to follow and they don't. My best guess is that my immune system worked hard enough to prevent symptoms happening.

This time of year, colds can come in twos and threes. It's frustrating but do what you can. Testing a bit more often than normal can help to keep the numbers in check by allowing you to spot an upwards surge earlier.

Hope those numbers get better soon.
