Went to a meeting organised by Diabetes UK & my local CCG about plans for a new "Health Hub" for diabetics.
A great night, with plenty of positive feelings for the future.
Best of all, besides the usual sarnies, we had chicken, salad & tomatoes and not just a lettuc leaf but enough to have a lower carb meal!
