A Question About Sushi

I have a question about sushi. Now I love it, and occasionally I'll take a break from eating meat for lunch and will grab a nice bit of sushi (I'm going to plug Tokyo Raman And Sushi Bar on Cresswell Street here). But the question is.

Does anyone know how many carbs sushi rice contains? It is served actually in some of the sushi, so it's pretty much unavoidable.

I'm not sure, but isn't it a sticky rice? Rice is about 30% carb and sticky rice is high GI

If they do Sashimi just have that - no carbs at all!

Not sure but as it contains rice, it will be high in carbs, but also don't forget, sugar in water is also added to the rice.
