Although I have already posted, I thought I'd come in here to say hello ( I always did do things back to front!)
Being within touching distance of my 50th Birthday, a bout of flu that seemed to linger for weeks meant some blood tests and resulted in a diagnosis with Type 2 diabetes. Whilst trying to get over the initial shock, I stumbled across this forum and I'm so glad I did.
Not being sure of what to do next regarding my diagnosis, I posted my worries on here and within hours I had lots of replies and help which was very much appreciated and really put my mind at rest.
