A quick question if I may about the LCHF diet

Seems ok to me, its just about what I am at the moment.

This is mine from yesterday... Don't always achieve my aims but try and get close!
 
I have set my app up for the nutrient goals below. Are these suitable goals or should be different? Thanks in advance. View attachment 13265

Seems to be a perfectly good starting point. In any event you will be able to make changes based on your blood glucose results or change in weight.

All the best for your effort rewards.
 
I have changed my targets now and having just had breakfast I can see this is going to be a struggle. Doesn't help that I am in a hotel all this week as working away :-(
