Ok so as I said in my hello post my diagnosis was in Dec 2015 however at the end of the month my husband and I have our first infertility appointment at the end of the month. I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of what to expect, both in regards to the infertility side of things but also as to how this is likely to affect my t2 treatment...?

I attend at least one health summit a month, sometimes two. I don't know anything about this host or summit, but she interviewed 18 experts. I always learn something new by attending summits. There typically are 2 to 3 interviews available for viewing each day.

I suppose I was hoping someone who's been through the process could give me an idea of what to expect.
 
@RoseofSharon perhaps you could repost your question in the pregnancy forum.

The description for this forum reads: "Trying to conceive or already pregnant? This forum is for women with diabetes who wish to become pregnant or are already pregnant."

I'm sure there are some there who have been through the process of seeing an infertility specialist. :)
