I was diagnosed T2 in July but i have a question that i have been asking myself for a while.
Controlling with diet, taking no meds, bloods ok.

Is it possible to have hypos as a T2 whilst not taking any meds if one eats regularly? I know this seems a silly question but ive not seen anyone other than my doc and forgot to ask question.

No, provided you do eat regularly. Prolonged exercise without food could cause hypo symptoms. The risk is very low.

Thanks Ian, i had thought this was the right answer. just needed it to be confirmed.
