Evening all.

I have noticed that many of the recipe suggestions given to those who want to low carb suggest high fat but does it mean that everything needs to be fried? I always see fried eggs, bacon, mushrooms, sausages..is it not possible to grill these foods instead? Surely the amount of fat in sausages and bacon is enough for them to be higher fat foods without them being fried?

I don't eat much of these types of foods anyway but the thought of frying them makes me feel sick.

Of course you can grill, fats are not just what you cook in. Cheese has fat, cream has fat. So you will eat fat anyway. And the foods you grill or fry will still have someways in,
