and I'm coming through the other side of "carb flu" what an experience that was...
I was officially diagnosed on Friday 13th March 15, same day someone reversed into my parked car and done a runner, I'll not forget that day in a hurry, anyway I'm trying the low carb/full fat lifestyle, and my BG levels, despite a few wee blips, are much around 7mmol/l ish. I've had one high of 11.3 and a low of 5.3, so I'm starting to figure out what I can and can't eat, and in which quantities.
I feel a lot better than I did, not nearly so groggy and foggy, not yet full of energy, but it's deffo worth sticking it out.
I feel less bloated, and have lost a few lbs, but I have stones to lose, will weight loss continue if I carry on with LCFF or, will I have to tweek again?
