I am horrendously confused about my A1c result. I have a result of 59....what is that in mmols? I cant seem to find a good conversion chart. Any help is appreciated!

That is in mmol/mol. The alternative is the USA (and old uk) style dcct% which is usually in single figures between about 5 and 10.
Or do you mean converting it to an equivalent average fingerprick blood glucose level in mmol/L? (Remember though in reality this doesn’t actually happen as blood glucose is constantly changing sometimes by quite a bit so an average isn’t the same as typical or frequently seen levels)
Bear in mind the conversion to mmol/l is an average and only an indication because HBa1C is measuring something different.
I see the HBA1C as a target/trend whereas a finger prick is a point in time.
