Type 2 A1C Questions

I can't seem to find the answers after extensive research so I was hoping someone could help me with some questions I have regarding the A1C test. Do hypos factor in the result? If you go low a lot does that make the result lower? Also is there anything besides anemia that can give a false result? Thanks in advance.
