abnormal blood tests???

hya all,
my drs receptionist phoned tday and said the diabetic bloods came back and my u,s and e,s are abnormal and i need another blood test to recheck, she couldnt tell me anything else but its bugging me so can anyone tell me what can be wrong with my kidneys thats causing tests to be abnormal??
