About homemade bread

I sometimes make wholmeal bread in my bread machine using 100% wholemeal flour I wondered if anyone knew what I could add to make the loaf a lttle lighter it has a good nutty flavour but a little heavy in texture Does anyone here make bread with wholemeal Spelt flour I have a bag but not used it yet I do understand it is low gluten I have also got soya flour so is that good for bread or is it to light on it's own
Any recipes would be gratefully received as I am looking for an alternative to Bergen and LivLife which I really don't like
 
If your looking for a low carb loaf search for 'perfect low carb bread' by samjb, I make that and after a year of no bread had tried a few but this is the only one ive used more than once.
