It's 4.27 am UK time and whites i,m up at stupid ohclock.
The rain and snow smashing into the roof of my motorhome which is my only home, I live off grid up in Scotland and about to be hit by one of the biggest storms the UK has had for many years. Winds up in the 80s and i can and often is a wild ride with a 3.5 ton motorhome moving side to side so fast it beggars belief at times. They could film the deadliest catch fishing program in here it's that bad lol.
Mine you i am a storm chaser so lov it but the van doesn't, so have to take this into account. Can't really leave it on its own due to flying branches and having to keep poking its nose head on into the winds. and have to have escape plans too incase it gets too much for the van's solar system which has a built in rattle under pressure system. basically when they start to rattle the pressure under the panels is getting too much and lifting them.
the rain sounds like small machines guns going off and as the rain turns to snow the sounds gets duller and duller, a thud instead of a ding haha.
I will try and film some of it for my youtube channel as i am next to a massive loch where the winds can kick the water in the air making it look like mini twisters.
As its ranges outside, i sit there with the wood stove slowly meatling me thinking this isn't so bad as long as the solar panels stay put lol.
