Hi, im new here, so forgive the rambling. but was really interested reading this post, i suffered for over 4 years with recurring Abscess's in my groin, i ended up having an operation to remove it, great for 3 month's, then bang it grows in the crease on the other side of my groin, ive been treated again and again with stronger antibioptics, though i still suffer to this day 6 years after my op, intrestingly reading your post, it seems it could be a regular thing for some of us. I still cant get my readings into single figgures (makes me feel lifeless) i dont receive any helpfull advice from my doctor or the nurse i see about my diabetes, truthfully i feel really letdown by all of them, (i havent seen a specialist for over 8/9 years as his comment to me when my diabetes was well out of controll was 'ive got 1500 other pateints so if you cant be bothered why should I' ) i didnt and still dont understand a lot about diabetes, but hopefully with a LOT more work i will try to lower my readings and this problem might resolve itself. Thank you for more information in my 1st visit than years of suffering under my local health service.
