Hey everyone!
Im nikki, in 21 and has been t1 for 13 years. Also have under active thyroid. I've always struggled with accepting and controlling my diabetes, specially since my mum passed suddenly when i was 16. I have found this forums to be very helpful to questions i am unsure of. I have always thought that the diabetes specialists are unsure of things (if you know what i mean) but i also think they do a grand job and do their best to help us, they just cant understand the full extent of diabetes unless they have it themselves.
Sorry to blab. The main reason i have started this, is to see if anyone else suffers with abscess/boils under the arm. I started getting them just over a year now and the first one had to be drained and i have had 5/6 more since, all treated with
