Hi
I have been type 1 diabetics for last 28 years. For the past two years there is a problem that when ever my blood sugar goes down than 75 mg/dl, I didn't have any type of symptoms like high hunger, sweating, shevering or any changes. Once I experience seizure, after that I came to notice this. Once I feel a slight hunger, and I checked the blood sugar, I was shocked to see the result, 38 mg/dl.

Why it happened ? Anybody have any suggestion to get back those symptoms again.

When people have posted about this before, the usual suggestion is to try running a bit higher for a while. If you like to run low, this might be the reason for losing your hypo awareness. Some people have reported success with this - ie. symptoms coming back at around 4 mmol/l (72 mg/dl) - if they run at around 6 or 7 mmol/l (108 - 126 mg/dl). But if you're running a bit higher already, I don't know what the answer might be.

Good advice above, if this does not work you could always consider a change of insulin, some do evoke stronger symptoms of Hypo than others..I have found Hypo symptoms different with different insulins...some individual differences in symptoms and generally stronger, earlier warning signs with some compared to others.
Speak to your Diabetic team, good luck and hope it works out for you.
